Quality Issue Case Of Batch Thread Detachment And Net Breakage In Fishing Nets For Return And Exchange
An overseas B2B client (Company name: ***, Order number: ***) purchased a total of 20,000 pieces of our fishing net products. After arrival at the destination port, random inspection revealed that approximately 15% of the fishing nets had issues such as mesh thread loosening and partial breakage. The client reported that the products could not withstand standard tension during normal use, severely impacting their end-user sales. The client requires a full batch return and replacement, along with compensation for the associated losses. The quantity involved in the return/replacement exceeds 3,000 pieces, representing a significant amount.
