The customer purchased 5,000 reusable dehumidifier bags from us in September 2023. After receiving the goods, they found that 800 of the dehumidifier bags were ineffective in absorbing moisture during use, resulting in the storage environment in the customer's warehouse not meeting the expected results.

We immediately communicated with the customer and decided to return and exchange the 800 defective dehumidifiers after confirming the issue. We arranged a dedicated logistics team to handle the return of the defective products and quickly dispatched new qualified products to meet the customer's needs after confirming the return.

The customer *** reported that some products leaked during transportation while using the reusable dehumidifying bags provided by our company, which affected the product's effectiveness. The customer expressed concern about this, especially in the case of large orders, as it may impact their subsequent sales.

Our technical support team communicated with the customer via remote video conference to understand the specific situation of the leakage in detail. In response to the customer's feedback, we provided the following solutions: 1) Guide the customer to check the packaging and storage conditions to ensure that the product is not damp during transportation and storage; 2) Provided detailed usage instructions and precautions to help the customer use the product better; 3) For the leaking products, we promised to replace them and offered compensation plans to reduce the customer's losses.
