Pet Bed Quality Issue Return And Exchange Case
The customer purchased 500 pet beds from us in August 2023. After receiving the goods, they found that 50 of the pet beds had loose stitching, resulting in some products having open seams, which affected the product's usability and customer satisfaction.
We immediately communicated with the customer, confirmed the issue, and promised to replace the defective product.
