As this batch was an urgent order for a local large building materials chain supermarket, the customer requires full return of the batch and re-production and delivery, while also claiming 30% of the cargo value as breach compensation plus additional costs for sea freight and customs clearance.

1. Urgently retrieve production batch records and QC inspection reports to confirm the accident batch is production line No. ***, where abnormal glue hardener ratio caused batch bonding failure; 2. Sales Director and Quality Manager fly to the customer's location within 72 hours for face-to-face communication, jointly sampling and re-inspecting with the customer's warehouse and a third-party inspection firm to confirm the defect rate; 3. Reach an agreement: all paint brushes in this batch are scrapped, and our company bears return freight and local disposal costs; 4. Immediately activate backup raw materials and backup capacity, arrange expedited production of 40,000 brushes of the same specification, plus an additional 10% as compensation for the customer's schedule loss; 5. The new batch uses an upgraded two-component epoxy adhesive, with tensile and salt spray tests on every batch, and full inspection reports issued; 6. Accept the customer's claim, offsetting 30% of the goods value as a deduction on the next order, executed in two installments.
