Sales Director and Quality Manager fly to the customer's location within 72 hours for face-to-face communication, jointly sampling and re-inspecting with the customer's warehouse and a third-party inspection firm to confirm the defect rate; 3. Reach an agreement: all paint brushes in this batch are scrapped, and our company bears return freight and local disposal costs; 4.
